How does the order process work?- Use the booking form to fill out the information for your requested products. Only include what you would like to pay for. Follow instructions at the end of the form to have a payment kiosk reserved - Please make sure to read the entire form so you are as well prepared for our consultation as possible. - Consultations are taken on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, whatever is most convenient for you. Consultations last 15-30 minutes - No more than 3 people in a consultation aside from the artist to keep details easy to refer back to and access. One representative to be the contact for each project is preferred. - Payment is up front for all projects. Any perks or discounts offered for bundle deals must be paid all together to qualify. - Editing takes roughly two weeks per project. I will link a watermarked screenshot of your image within the same conversation as our consultation as soon as it is finished. - Up to three revision rounds per project are included. A complete redesign will be a completely new price. The consultation is meant to ensure we are on the same page with the design and any major changes will incur a fee. - Once you are 100% happy with your finished product, your files will be added to your Dropbox file for download for 30 days. PSD files are not included unless otherwise stated, but are purchasable for $25,000L or $100 USD. - If you are having your project meshed, I will provide PNG layers to your mesher of choice to assist in 3D creation. - Your project will be downloadable for thirty (30) days from receipt after which there is a 1000L fee to resend images as they will all have to be re-saved and edited to accommodate all original files that were included. - Your images will stay on file for 1 year from date of receipt, after which they will be deleted and unable to be recovered. You may purchase your PSD file if you believe you may need access to it past this point.

Why is payment up front in full? Can I pay half now and half later? What is your refund policy?Payment is up front for several reasons, but most importantly is time management. I take a set amount of orders every week and am always kept busy. To add payment collection to my current workload would be too much. It is easiest for me to know you're paid and good to go so once you're finished we can get your images right to you so you can use them immediately. Rather than putting down a deposit or half of the balance, I will happily adjust your spot on my wait list to accommodate a week that would be more convenient financially if needed. The only time a refund is given is if there is negligence or an inability to physically finish the product on my end. Orders can be cancelled without refund in the case of extreme harassment or abuse toward the artist. I have personally been burned paying up front for services, so I fully understand hesitation to do business that way. Conversely, this policy is made after over a decade of photography and graphic design in SL and the risk that occurs on my end with an unfortunate few clients. I am happy to provide multiple references for almost any project type. You may enquire with any Greek registry regarding my trustworthiness and commitment to the Greek community.

Do you have Discounts / Sales / Perks?I do! I will offer different perks and promotions throughout the year, they will always be current on price lists. You can also join my in world group for first notice of all discounts, perks and prizes. ( Coming November 2023) - You will have one entry to the group free if you choose when you order (this is not retroactive). If you leave the group or join without ordering, the price is 1000L. - Every month there will be a raffle you can enter in the studio starting on the 1st of the month and a winner being drawn the last day of each month. Prizes will change monthly and you must be in the group to enter. If you do not need the prize for the current month and win, you may not give it away to someone else or change tot a different prize. Please only enter raffles with prizes that you would be able to use. - Group members will be alerted when new products come out and test clients are needed. There will be a raffle for testing when applicable and you will receive a free item that is being researched and considered for the product lineup offered as a prize.
